It's a record-keeping system you can hold in your hand. Every tool, ladder, extinguisher, room or vehicle in your operation gets its own serialized label with a QR code. The label shows the asset's ID, the colour of the current inspection cycle, and blank fields for who inspected it, when, and when it's next due. The QR code links that physical label to a private online record for that exact asset. When your inspector checks the asset, they fill in the result — on the label and in the record. Now anyone who walks up to that ladder can see, at a glance, that someone looked at it, who, and when.
This is not a certification, and it never pretends to be. The label records an inspection; it is not the inspection. We will never ship you a label with PASS, a date, or a "next due" already printed on it as if the work were done. A sticker cannot make equipment safe, and nothing we print claims otherwise. If your industry requires inspection by a licensed or qualified provider, that requirement still belongs to that provider — our system is simply where their result gets recorded so you can find it, prove it, and act on it.

When an auditor or a customer asks about a specific asset, you scan and show — instead of digging through a binder.
Failure is a feature of the system, not an embarrassment. When your inspector finds a problem, they mark the asset OUT OF SERVICE — a distinct, unmissable tag included with every kit. The asset's record flips to out-of-service, and it stays that way until a repair event is recorded and the asset is re-inspected by your authorized person.
